This is a fairly simple but extremely fun toy to knit! It works up very quickly in thick yarn, and is easy to assemble. The finished toy is plump and cuddly, and big enough for a bigger kid. The accessories are definitely worth a little extra knitting time, too. I even included instructions so you can knit the beret in the round, if you prefer.

This toy is intermediate level. Skills required include stockinette, garter, and seed stitches; left and right decreases, m1 increase, bobbles, intarsia, and mattress stitch. All pieces are knit flat, then seamed, stuffed, and assembled. The finished toy is about 14-16" tall, depending on the yarn you choose.
